REGISTRATION

REGISTRATION for CRF 2017 is CLOSED.

After successful submission of your registration you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt via e-mail indicating the total amount of payment due. If it will not be delivered within a few minutes after submission of your registration please check at first your spam box-mail and then contact us at CRF2017@vscht.cz.

The regular registration fee will include:

In the registration form you can register free of charge for the Welcome drink and you can also order ticket(s) for the Cconference dinner for you and for accompanying person(s) at € 60.
Please note that your registration is firm when your payment has been received.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Registration fee of those who have submitted an abstract for oral or poster presentation has to be received until 16 January, 2017, otherwise these contribution(s) will not be included into the Book of Abstract and the conference programme.

*The proof of student status (e.g. copy of a student identity card) has to be attached to the confirmation e-mail you will receive after successful registration and forwarded to the e-mail address CRF2017@vscht.cz.

For payment by credit card please use the form that has to be completed and send by e-mail to CRF2017@vscht.cz.
For payment by credit card €15 surcharge will be added for handling costs.
Please notice only Visa and MasterCard are accepted!

Cancellation policy

Only written cancellations can be accepted, to be sent to CRF2017@vscht.cz.
Payments will be refunded after the conference and when the following cancellation charges have been deducted:
Cancellation before January 1, 2017 – refund 75%; no refunds after that date.

Further information

The organizers cannot accept any liability for loss or damage of properties, injuries, unexpected events, travel delays, non-appearance of specific speakers, program changes. Be sure to travel with a valid insurance.
